We’re looking for a part time HR Business Partner to continue to build on our great culture and embed further our values of trust, innovation, and excellence, and to help us develop our people. Reporting into the CEO, the role will hold responsibility for the full HR remit and employee lifecycle, supporting all areas of the business, building a people centric organisation. You will be passionate about your area of specialism and be able to articulate the value that good people practice brings to an organisation, ensuring your ideas and initiatives are designed to deliver the business strategy, goals and aims, supporting everyone to be happy and feel valued at work.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a business which can offer you exposure to a diverse HR workload in a stand-alone capacity.

Based at:              Mainly remote, but with 1 day a week based out of central Cambridge.   

Reporting to:     CEO.

Salary band:       £35-40k per annum depending on experience, pro rata for part time.

Duration:            Permanent.

Hours:                  Part-time (22.5)  – hours negotiable.
